We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of date of purchase or may be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for exchange or store credit. All items must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition as when it was purchased and must have all original packing. No refund or returns on special orders or custom jewelry.

All Affirm Purchases that are returned will be charged a processing fee.
Returns are easy if you need to ship them.
- Please call 303-443-1084 to notify us of what is being returned.
- Please make note of why the item is being returned.
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.
- Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.
- All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
